華研公司近幾年承接的國家、省市的研發(fā)項(xiàng)目共有11個(gè)，到目前已獲得9項(xiàng)對應(yīng)的技術(shù)研究階段性或結(jié)題成果，轉(zhuǎn)化率高達(dá)82%，年平均轉(zhuǎn)化數(shù)達(dá)3項(xiàng)。公司的國家發(fā)明專利《高表達(dá)高比活皮蠅膠原酶突變體系列、畢赤酵母表達(dá)質(zhì)粒的構(gòu)建及菌株篩選和純化方法》(專利授權(quán)號L201210141391.X)一項(xiàng)，使公司主營產(chǎn)品魚膠原蛋白在原有專利技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，利用專利技術(shù)酶—皮蠅膠原酶，運(yùn)用其特定切割天然膠原蛋白丙氨酸殘基的氨基端肽鍵的特性，復(fù)合相應(yīng)的蛋白酶酶解技術(shù)，控制酶解膠原蛋白的分子量，生產(chǎn)出特定分子量的膠原蛋白，在國際上與同行業(yè)競爭中處于領(lǐng)先地位。
2014年底華研公司在位于?？诟咝聟^(qū)美安科技新城投資近1億元建設(shè)的魚膠原蛋白肽產(chǎn)業(yè)化基地，里面包括2條年產(chǎn)1000噸魚膠原蛋白肽生產(chǎn)線(總產(chǎn)量2000噸/年),6個(gè)終端產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)車間，配套營銷中心、研發(fā)中心（院士工作站）、污水處理站、冷庫、員工配套生活區(qū)等。
